Hours After Arnold Schwarzenegger Was Left Stunned by Ronnie Coleman’s Monstrous Deltoids His Spotter Makes Bizarre Use of Them Mid

When it comes to the world of bodybuilding, very few names can elicit the amount of awe and respect that the legendary 8X Mr. Olympia Champion and the founder of Arnold Classic do. The athletes from the golden age of bodybuilding are often seen coming together in support of each other and performing age-defying workouts.

In a recent video, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Ronnie Coleman were seen working out with each other, and the former was seen complimenting the pump of the latter in the promotional video. Hours after the video went completely viral, a renowned production company created content in collaboration the Ronnie Coleman.

Jake Heidecker, the founder of the Jelly House Production company, came together with Ronnie Coleman in the gym and shared a snippet from the video. He captioned the video, “Always practice safe sets. #editor #premierepro #yeahbuddy“. The video was a rather fun one where Coleman, in the middle of his reps, stops and asks Heidecker to spot him during his set.

Now you might be wondering what’s funny about this. Well, the bodybuilding beast asked Heidecker to spot him while he was lifting 2 kg dumbbells for shoulder presses. His spotter comes in willingly, smoothly takes the headphones off Coleman’s ears and places them on his, and starts spotting him.

Now while Heidecker is spotting Coleman, he uses his deltoids as a safe keep for his mouse and keyboard and starts editing video on the gym screen while the 8x Mr. Olympia champion is working out. Well, turns out Arnold Schwarzenegger was true when he complimented Coleman on his deltoids.

In a recent video posted by Ronnie Coleman himself, he and Arnold Schwarzenegger were seen doing shoulder exercises together. He captioned it, “My workout yesterday with @schwarzenegger at @goldsgym was off the chain!! He couldn’t help but notice the effect of my Yeah Buddy pre-workout kicking in!!” In the video, Schwarzenegger was seen asking him to do a shoulder and a little arms workout together.

Ronnie Coleman agreed to it and said, “That sounds good to me. I’m gonna grab me a pre-workout right quick and I’ll be there.” Promoting his brand RCSS. He was even wearing Yeah Buddy’s t-shirt and then went on to the shoulder press machine and started working out.

While he was working out, Arnie pointed out to his delts and said, being all impressed, “Look at this deltoids.
